Can't connect to other computers, but they connect to mine?

I have an odd problem with my XP SP2 computer. I have about 4 other computers on the network (all running XP SP2), theyre all in the same workgroup, and they can all see each other. However, there is one PC that is unable to connect to the others. They can see (and connect to/download files from) it, but for some reason it can't see the others. I don't have a software firewall running on it - and I disabled the anti-virus to no avail. Anyone have an idea what on earth is going wrong?

Cannot view other computers, while this can be viewed from others

Disable the Firewall, Spyware and Antivirus Protection in the System in question and check. This will resolve the issue.

if not go through this steps.

Unable to communicate with other computers on the network

First check whther the sharing has done appropriately among the network computers. Refer this Article:

If sharing is perfect and the Computers in the network fail to communicate, try the following steps:

Step 1 :

Check the IP Address. If it starts with 169.x.x.x, then the TCP/IP stack is wrong. to resolve this, you should rebuild the TCP/IP. To do that, install Winsock Fix from the following link:
