My mother works a assisted living home where they need to buy 3-5 computers that the residents can use to go online they have a very low budget. I can work an all the computers to make them work but where do you find used computers anymore. we can't do ebay because it needs to be somewhere that can provide a bill of sale. the bill of sale is not for warrenty just to show amount.

when my dads company got all new computers for his building to keep the technology current, they sold the old bu still in very good condition computers for very cheap. he bought two computers and a monitor for like 30 dollars. i would look for local bisunesses that are doing that. sry i dont know where to look though.
u can buy at a local computer store. first decide a requires configuration for your compter and its requirements and direct that local computer store dealer to assemble ur pc in the same configuration. u can thus get a desired computer at a cheaper price. u can tell the store dealer to also use some good-condition and refurbished , used computer parts to use to assemble ur pc to get it more cheaper.
